Kate Upton Wins PEOPLE's Sexiest Woman Award.

Kate Upton has been hailed as one of the sexiest women on the planet, but now it's official.
At the PEOPLE Magazine Awards on Thursday, Upton won the award for PEOPLE's Sexiest Woman.
Kate Says "This is such an honor to me because sexy to me means someone who's confident and happy,"
as she accepted the honor at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles.
Grey's Anatomy star Eric Dane presented Upton with her award.
